This position will be for 4 days a week, with Fridays off.
You must be willing to do a working interview.
Salary is based on experience and credentials and there is a LOT of room for growth and skill development in this position, which in turn will lead to increases in salary.

Requirements:
  • MUST LIVE WITHIN A 30 MINUTE COMMUTE of the 92078 zip code and have your own transportation.
  • Must have prior experience in a dental front office as this position deals with explaining dental procedures, insurance benefits, collecting payments, planning and coordinating general anesthesia out of pocket costs with parents.
  • Must have exceptional computer, typing, and math skills as well as experience with collecting payments due.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and English language communication skills.
  • Must be able to arrive at our existing office hours - Mon/Tues from 6:50am-3:20pm, Weds/Thurs from 7:50am - 4:20pm with half hour lunches.

Duties include but not limited to:
  • Obtaining and entering insurance eligibility and benefits.
  • Requesting past due payments from insurance and patients.
  • Answering multi line phones, including inputting information for new patients.
  • Scheduling and checking in patients, obtaining proper consent forms and health history forms.
  • Treatment plan presentation, including general anesthesia coordination and treatment planning.
  • Collecting payments and explaining insurance benefits and limitations to patients.
  • RDA or Dental assisting background is not mandatory but is helpful.
